General Terms and Conditions
Guests are welcome to arrive between 4.00pm and 8.00pm.
The cottage must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Because of our rural surroundings, we regret that we cannot allow pets.
The cottage is let exclusively to non-smokers.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
Any losses or accidental damage should be reported as soon as possible, so the item can be repaired or replaced. Major breakages will be charged for.
Recycling bins are provided for separating rubbish. Guests are asked to do their best to help us comply with the Local Authority requirements.
Guests using the cottage, grounds and facilities do so entirely at their own risk.
We regret we are unable to accept liability for loss or damage to guests’ personal property or for personal injury to the extent that such liability can be excluded by law.
I understand that this property is a holiday cottage and that a tenancy shall not be created, merely a licence to occupy the premises for a holiday or business visit, and that this offers no security of tenure.
